The Rose Package

Full-service design and coordination

You said YES, we do the rest! This is our premiere planning package and is designed to help you with every component of your wedding. Ashley Rose Events becomes your primary point of contact for wedding vendors and details. We customize every element of your wedding day plan from vendors to décor to be a perfect fit for your personal style, full of thoughtful details and special moments that will speak your story. We are with you every step of the way to guide you through the planning journey. We provide top-notch communication so you can watch the progression of your wedding day plan.

Services include:

  • Discussing client's vision and designing a unique style and theme
  • Coordinating with the client and other contacts on all aspects of the event
  • Helping the client write/rehearse toasts and/or other special speeches
  • Venue selection
  • Overall décor including florals and lighting, floor plan and layout
  • Food and beverage, cake and dessert selection, tastings
  • Entertainment and music selection
  • Working with choreographer and arranging for rehearsal of choreographed dances
  • Photographer and Videographer selection, plan and follow-up

The Hydrangea Package

Planning and coordinating package

Our partial planning package is designed to offer guidance throughout the planning process. This package allows for you to be more hands-on in the planning process, and to take on more of the execution of recommendations and guidance offered. We will still customize a wedding day vision, but help direct you in securing and obtaining recommended items. We will work with you to ensure that a sound plan is in place. We will ensure that every detail is properly executed. Our team will ensure that every detail is in order for your perfect day. We will take over a month prior to your wedding to finalize details with all vendors.

Services include:

  • 3 meetings to ensure every precise detail is in order
  • Coordinating with all contacts

The Magnolia Package

Day of Coordination

While some clients tackle the planning, they simply cannot worry about anything on their big day. And this worry shouldn’t fall on friends and family who should otherwise be enjoying the day. This is an incredible option to set your mind at ease! This packages is designed to allow for a professionally executed wedding day. We will ensure that all of the hard work you have put into planning an unforgettable wedding is beautifully executed. We will meet with you no less than 2 weeks prior to the wedding to gather the details of your wedding day and get up to speed on your plans. This allows time for necessary changes to ensure a stress-free wedding week.

Services include:

  • Full coordination of the rehearsal
  • Full, day of coordination from the ceremony through the bride and groom send off
  • One meeting at least 1 month prior to the event to discuss overall vision
  • Create/review schedule and contracted services to be sure that nothing is overlooked
  • Create event timelines, including separate timeline for bridal party and parents of bride and groom, created and distributed appropriately
  • Up to 3 hours of support for the month prior to event
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and flawless day-of-coordination

Custom Package

If you prefer specific event planning, or would like to add services to any of our packages, we will gladly customize a package for you. The cost will be determined by the time required to make your specific requests flawlessly executed. We will establish your needs and create a plan that will fit nicely into your overall budget. We offer hourly consultations for couples at the beginning stages of planning, as well as to DIY couples who wants to plan and execute their wedding day themselves. These consultations are designed to help you in any stage of your journey and offer advice from our 30+ combined years of service in the industry! We can offer vendor recommendations, a quick guide/layout for your event, timeline creation, or guidance in any department of wedding planning.

Corporate Events

Platinum Package

Let us handle every aspect of your event! You will have the luxury of peace of mind, as the Ashley Rose Team takes care of every aspect of the planning and execution process. We will attend all appointments, serve as your point-person with vendors, and perform all negotiations on your behalf. The Platinum Package will transform the otherwise exhausting and complicated process of planning your event into a fun and stress-free experience.

  • Venue research and suggestions
  • Site visits, vendor meetings, menu tasting, design sessions
  • Thorough review of all contracts
  • Personalized event checklist and budget

The Gold Package

The Gold package is the perfect solution for those who wish to take a hands-on approach to the planning, but would like the direction and assistance of a professional to make the process less overwhelming. You will receive extensive consultation, but instead of having us make the arrangements and execute the plans, you will carry out these tasks with our guidance. We help you save time, money, and eliminate stress by supplementing your hard work with our expertise.

  • Coordinate all event specifications, rate requirements, food and beverage, and audiovisual
  • Customized list of preferred vendors
  • Thorough review of all contracts

  • Assistance in the development of creative ideas and determining specific and traditions for your event

The Silver Package

This service is designed for our clients who have already planned their event, but don't want to worry about anything on the big day. Whether it's a corporate luncheon or fundraiser, we know that you would rather relax and attend to your guests, not run around dealing with logistics. With all of the planning and organization for your event completed, it's time to let go of the reins and allow AR Events to ensure that all of your efforts result in an unforgettable and flawless event. We will meet with you approximately one month before the day of your event in order to familiarize ourselves with every detail. We will work closely with you to create a thorough timeline, determine final tasks and contact your vendors to confirm all arrangements. We will manage all of the on-site logistics down to the last detail. On the day of, we will take over so that you can relax knowing everything is taken care of.

Services include:

  • Assistance with registration activities
  • Review of event day itinerary with your corporate event sponsor/coordinator and designated stakeholders
  • Instruction on seating plans
  • Review of checklists
  • Full event day coordination
  • Supervision of vendor arrival and set-up
  • Ensuring proper placement of place-cards, favors, programs, and other event collateral items
  • Coordination with guest speakers and entertainment before the event begins
  • Final touch-ups to venue prior to guest arrival
  • Vendor cues throughout the course of the event, including assisting the entertainment or MC with scheduling, supervision of meal service and other activities
  • Liaison for all guest questions and concerns
  • Collection and packing of any gifts, awards, and personal items
  • Distribution of all gratuities to specified vendors

Custom Package

All of our packages are fully customizable to meet your particular needs. Exact pricing will be determined by the size and scope of your event and time requirements. Additional planning hours are billed at a discounted rate. Fundraisers, charity events and qualifying non-profits receive an additional 10% discount off the total package price. We will determine your financial plan in our first meeting and commit to helping you secure the perfect vendors (and speakers, if applicable) within your overall budget. For fundraisers, we will work to create a plan to balance the costs of the event with fundraising goals. If you are interested in a service that is not outlined, feel free to ask.
